10 Emirati artists participated in the program "Emirati Innovators in the Biennale", organized by the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture), aimed at enhancing the presence of local talent in the global artistic arena. The program provided artists with opportunities to interact with major artistic experiences at the Biennale and benefit from international expertise.
The Emirati artists showcased in the Biennale city, visited the UAE pavilion in the international exhibition and the exhibition "Abdallah Al-Saadi: Places for Memory, Places for Forgetting". They also explored prominent cultural and heritage sites in the city such as the Dubai Palace and institutions for textile and glass arts.
Additionally, the artists met with design experts and participated in a panel discussion on integrating technology in art and the role of storytelling in artistic messages. The General Director of "Dubai Culture", Hala Badri, visited the UAE pavilion at the Biennale and met with Italian directors and officials to explore cultural cooperation opportunities.
Hala Badri emphasized "Dubai Culture's" commitment to supporting and nurturing local talent and encouraging them to continue in their creative paths. The Biennale exhibition will conclude on November 24, under the slogan "Strangers in Every Place".
