
The Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has resumed operations on four bus routes servicing Global Village, thereby marking the 29th season (2024–2025). The bus routes connecting to Global Village include the following: Route 102 from Rashidiya metro station, with an interval of 60 minutes; Route 103 from Union metro station, every 40 minutes; Route 104 from Al Ghubaiba metro station, also every 60 minutes; and Route 106 from Mall of the Emirates metro station, also every 60 minutes. Comfortable buses will be used on these routes to ensure a seamless and pleasant journey for visitors and families to and from Global Village.
Reiterating its commitment to delivering services at the start of every season at Global Village, RTA has noted the constant interest from visitors in this service. It has played a key role in enhancing the tourist experience within Global Village, providing guests with a blend of comfort and enjoyment.
In the previous season (2023–2024), bus routes at Global Village serviced 573,759 passengers, which exceeds the figure of 448,716 passengers for the previous season (2022–2023), signifying a 22% increase in passenger numbers. RTA has also resumed its popular tourist services on the Abra at Global Village for the 2024–2025 season, where two abra boats will serve guests throughout the entire season.
