Dubai is preparing to hold a grand celebration of the Diwali festival, anticipated for tomorrow, in support of the Ministry of Tolerance and Coexistence under the guidance of Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan. This event, organized on the platform "UAE Loves India" together with the Office of Religious Affairs of the UAE and with the participation of Dubai Police, is aimed at the joint celebration of the Diwali festival of the Indian community in the country.

The event, scheduled at Zabeel Park in Dubai, is expected to attract around 40,000 people, featuring various cultural and artistic events, musical performances, traditional activities, and folklore presentations, reflecting different aspects of Indian culture and its diversity. Within the framework of the celebration, a ceremony will be held to honor Indians who have achieved significant successes in the country.

The UAE emphasizes the importance of strengthening mutual relations, friendship, and cooperation with all countries around the world, highlighting the values of tolerance and coexistence among different cultures. The celebrations also reflect the success of the UAE in creating an atmosphere of coexistence and harmony, making the Emirates a role model for the world in appreciating cultural diversity.

The relations between the UAE and India have a long history of contacts and dialogue between the leaders of both countries, starting from January 1975 and through the historic visit of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan to India. The Indian community remains an integral and intergrated part of the UAE society.
