The medical group NSMC announced the conclusion of a deal for the sale of its stake of 65% in the Fakih IVF Group treatment center to Blue Ocean Health company. This deal is part of the group’s strategy to increase investments in expanding its services in the multi-profile healthcare base, including the development of current objects and strategic growth overall.
The deal, subject to standard closing, is expected to be completed within the next two months. Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed. Upon completion of the deal, the Fakih IVF Group center will fully transition to the ownership of Blue Ocean.
