Education Program for Asian Football Integrity

The Asian Football Confederation has launched the Integrity in Football 2025 education program aimed at developing the capacities of national and regional football associations. It is designed to educate staff on the issues of combating match-fixing at both the national and international levels.

The program consists of training participants over a period of six months focusing on understanding manipulation with match results and skills in disseminating information that strengthens the value of honest play in Asian football. Seven online sessions will include topics on sports betting, manipulations of match results, internal information exploitation, digital frequency, the use of social media, preventive measures, and the consequences of violations of integrity standards.

The association reaffirmed its intention to strengthen the opportunities of national and regional associations by launching the Integrity in Football 2025 education program. This initiative is directed at sharing knowledge to empower staff with the necessary skills and tools to combat match-fixing at both national and international levels.

According to the program plan, it will start on March 10 and has been developed in conjunction with Sportradar to provide staff with the essential experience needed to protect the integrity of the game on the continent.
