Dubai Health Achieves Milestones in Patient Care

At a meeting of the Dubai Health Authority's directors council, achievements over the past three years and their impact on improving access to medical care and patient experience were discussed. During the visit to the Health Operations Center, major achievements from 2022 to 2024 were presented. H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum chaired the meeting with the directors of the Dubai Health Authority, which also involved H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. At the meeting, which took place at the Dubai Health Authority headquarters, attending were Mrs. Dr. Radha Issa Al Gurg, General Abduallah Abdul Rahman Al Shaibani, Professor Sir Yan Eendry Grier, H.H. Ualid Said Al Awadi, Mohammed Hassan Al Shehi, the principal director of the Dubai Health Authority Dr. Amer Sharif, and Professor Alavi Alshih-Ali representing the Mohammed bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum welcomed the meeting attendees and emphasized their contributions to enhancing the healthcare system in Dubai. His Highness expressed gratitude to all teams across Dubai Health Authority for their dedication, which enabled the achievement of a client satisfaction level of over 90% in the client satisfaction index of Dubai 2024 - reflecting the commitment of Dubai Health Authority to providing integrated high-quality medical services. After the meeting, their highnesses visited the Dubai Health Operations Center and became familiar with the patient transfer program, the strategic program for improving the delivery of medical care within the integrated academic health system. Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum highlighted the progress in providing medical assistance to clients as a prospective shift in the formation of the health system throughout the city.
