The Ministry of Health and Social Protection announced the results of the "Nabzhek" project (pulse), which was launched to strengthen the healthcare system in the country. The main goal of the project was to modernize the patient monitoring system with the aim of improving the quality of services and enhancing access to medical assistance. The results showed a significant improvement in the quality of service provision and a reduction in patient waiting times. Within the framework of the project, innovative technologies were implemented, allowing for improved interaction between medical personnel and patients, as well as optimizing the processes of medical data utilization. One of the key outputs was the increased patient satisfaction with the quality of provided services. Moreover, the "Nabzhek" project contributed to a reduction in bureaucratic procedures and optimization of the work of medical institutions. As a result, there was a noted increase in the effectiveness of the healthcare system as a whole, leading to a significant improvement in the quality of medical services provided to citizens.
