The General Director of GDRFA Dubai announced that the initiative "Ideal Face" contributes to the promotion of positive behavior and compliance with laws, facilitating the creation of a safe and happy society, in line with the vision of wise leadership of the UAE.
GDRFA Dubai called on all citizens, residents, and visitors to join the initiative, pledging to continue complying with the laws of residence in the country. Their obligations reflect their commitment to the laws of the homeland, while the initiative provides them the opportunity to enhance the security of public safety, pledging to continue adhering to the laws of residence through participation in the digital campaign of the initiative.
Among the privileges offered to those who comply with the laws of residence are priority service for their phone calls in the Amer call center, special service lanes in customer satisfaction centers to expedite their requests, digital testimonials of appreciation, and mobile services for residence-related inquiries for elderly citizens at their homes.
According to the representatives of GDRFA, the privileges will be distributed in the first phase to UAE citizens, “sponsoring one or more workers,” and also to foreign residents who have lived in the emirate for more than 10 years, sponsoring at least one person and not having committed violations of residency laws in the current year.
In turn, Major General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, General Director of GDRFA Dubai, stated that the initiative will strengthen the values that the UAE seeks to promote in all aspects of life and enhance public safety, reinforcing the adherence to the laws of residence in Dubai.
