Many know the British historian Graham Wilson for his detailed and rich biography of various world leaders. In his interview, he confirmed that Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum - Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE, and ruler of Dubai, is an exceptional personality in every sense of the word. Wilson called him a leader who not only created his great vision and decisiveness, leading to Dubai's unique achievements and its icon, but also contributed to transforming the emptiness in the world into a great investment in the future of our world.

"When I conducted interviews with world leaders in other projects, and they knew I was from Dubai, they didn't talk about their meetings with Mohammed bin Rashid. I recalled my meeting later with former Minister of Foreign Affairs and former President of Georgia Eduard Shevardnadze. He told me how Sheikh Mohammed invariably sent aid to the earthquake zone in Spitak, where the UAE planes first arrived with humanitarian aid," he said.

Wilson highlighted the charitable influence of Sheikh Mohammed and its impact on billions of people. His research began long before the publication of the book on the life of the leader. Among other things, he spoke about the enormous contribution of the ruler in the aftermath of the cyclone in Bangladesh in 1970 when the UAE provided assistance through customs warehouses and fire protection.

According to him, the biography of Sheikh Mohammed reveals his diplomatic qualities in various countries, regardless of the fact that the ruler rarely seeks praise, and his diplomacy remains key to success.

In the interview, Wilson noted the deep documentation of the work, having worked on which he spent a total of 24 years: "This biography does not simply describe someone's life. This book project shows the true face of a person who embodies social and economic leadership at the highest level. Rumors circulated that Mandeela only learned from the ruler of Dubai, established by Mohammed bin Rashid. He was far ahead of his time."
