
A training program for new judges was launched in Dubai, aimed at preparing them and providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills for effective judicial application of their duties. The program is designed to familiarize judges with the laws and regulations concerning arbitration disputes, and to enhance their understanding of ethical and professional standards regulating judicial activities. It includes training courses and master classes covering both theoretical and practical aspects.
The program pays special attention to the skills of writing judicial decisions in accordance with legislation, as well as enhancing judges' abilities for effective communication and discussion of cases, which guarantees the adoption of fair and transparent decisions. The duration of the program consists of 12 weeks, during which various aspects will be addressed, including civil law, the use of artificial intelligence in decision-making, linguistics, statistics, and judicial indicators.
