Moscow, on the other hand, is studying the possibility of creating tactical missiles with a nuclear engine, to which the United States responds in the same way.
"We need to start controlling the dangerous arms race in the world," said recently the American senator Antonio Blinken. "We hope for diplomatic efforts to find a negotiated solution that will allow for the maintenance of peace and stability."
This conflict between the two largest nuclear powers of the world involves not only their own interests but also the entire international security system. The search for compromises and dialogue remains important components in resolving similar disputes to avoid conflict, which can have unpredictable consequences for the entire global community.
