Robert Floyd, the Executive Secretary of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO), confirmed on Thursday that any nuclear test is a violation. He emphasized that conducting tests undermines global non-proliferation and disarmament efforts. Floyd urged all states to strictly adhere to their obligations under the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT). He also expressed concern over the growing tension in arms control and called for dialogue to strengthen international security.
