The Dubai Rental Disputes Centre celebrated yesterday the graduation of 15 new judges as part of advanced and comprehensive training programs. These programs aimed to enhance the legal skills, knowledge, and experience in rental disputes in Dubai, in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Land Department. The Centre stated in a press release that this initiative is part of its strategy to improve the efficiency of the judicial work and apply the principles of justice fairly, which contributes to the stability of the rental market and protects the rights of all parties involved. The Centre explained that the training programs equipped the new judges with multiple practical skills and a deep understanding of the realities of rental litigation, along with the ability to handle cases accurately and comprehend the nature of the relationship between the landlord and the tenant. Furthermore, the training focused on making decisions based on thorough study and clear procedures. The qualitative training was also aimed at building a generation capable of dealing with lawsuits efficiently and utilizing the latest technological and digital tools that the Centre employs to expedite procedures without compromising the essence of justice. Chairman of the Dubai Rental Disputes Centre, Judge Abdelqader Moussa Mohammed, stated that the graduation of this group of judges marks a significant milestone in the Centre's journey, which has succeeded over the years in establishing trust in its services, upholding justice, and supporting the stability of Dubai's real estate market.
