15-year-old Egyptian Ahmed Bagdadi has become the youngest player-resident, playing primarily on the fields of the O.A.E. He debuted for Royal, participating in the second league, and helped the team earn four valuable points: a victory over Reginal 3-2 and a draw with Medinat 1-1. The only loss Bagdadi suffered was from Al-Ittihad.

In total, he played three matches for the first team, leaving a mark on the trainer Nanao and trainer-instructor Ali Mahdi with his hard work. The Royal team occupies eighth place in the second league, having 17 points.

Ahmed Bagdadi has expressed hopes for the development of his skills, aiming to make the most of every minute on the field during training sessions and official matches to join a team in the higher league or become a professional in the future, as he dreams of becoming a foreign professional.

Trainer of Bagdadi, Ali Mahdi, noted that Ahmed Bagdadi has exceptional talent and remarkable maturity for his age, which has allowed him to be included in the squad for tough matches. He is confident that the young goalkeeper will soon move to one of the professional clubs.
