Abu Dhabi: The rapid growth of cycling popularity in the United Arab Emirates is confirmed by the successes of local athletes. Recently, Ahmed Al-Badawii earned bronze medals at the World Cycling Championships in Cairo. One of the prizes was in the "Scratch" discipline, while the other was in the "Keirin" category. The athlete expressed his joy and pride: "This is a great honor to represent the United Arab Emirates at international competitions. My successes are the result of hard work and training." He also expressed gratitude to the trainers and family for their support in preparing for the championship. The owner of the "Golden Gora" team, Al-Badawii, does not hide his pride in the athlete and plans to continue supporting him in his sporting career.
