According to him, such qualities are absent in some teams and primarily emerge in difficult moments. Luka talked about the events of the Shabab Al-Ahli match against the youth team Al-Wahda from Jordan, which recently took place in Dubai as part of the 1/16 finals of the AFC Champions League. The match was a real drama: his team managed to come back after losing (1-3) to win (4-3). "This match speaks about our strong character and desire to win," Luka stated for "Emirates Today." "Shabab Al-Ahli has the ability to handle difficult situations and a constant desire to win," he added. "I believe not many teams can come back like this happened in the match between Shabab Al-Ahli and Al-Wahda, where we forgot to score a second goal, and then also missed a chance to score a third and fourth goal," he continued. "The match with Al-Wahda was challenging in the AFC Champions League, and, unfortunately, we didn't start the game well in the first half, but in the second half we came back and had many chances, but then we missed penalties that could have changed the game's outcome. Despite our superiority, we conceded goals due to simple mistakes, especially the third goal, but overall we managed to win and advance to the next round," Luka explained. He emphasized: "We are a good team and know how to play in such matches. We managed to show our character and win the game." After the match with Al-Wahda, Shabab Al-Ahli continued their winning streak, defeating Al-Urooba with a score of 2:0 in the 17th round of the Professional League.
