Mohammed Saeed Al-Tanji, the champion of "Coaching the Coaches" in the first degree, confirmed the importance of training at the level of trainer mastery in the UAE. He also noted the role of special programs, such as the "Elite Coaches Series," in improving the quality of training in the country.
"We are constantly working on offering the best programs for trainers, considering their needs and ambitions," Mohammed emphasized.
He also highlighted the significance of creating a network of professional trainers in the UAE, to exchange knowledge and experience. "We have excellent trainers, and we strive to support their internal development, to prepare a new generation of outstanding specialists," he added.
