Al Ahli Youth secured a hard-fought victory over Bahrain's Al-Muharraq with a one-point score of 89-87 on Monday at the Sheikh Saeed bin Maktum Hall in Dubai. The match was part of the second round of Group A in the West Asia Super League. Al Ahli Youth dominated the first, second, and fourth quarters (28-25, 22-21, 19-18), while Al-Muharraq took the third quarter (23-20). This win allowed Al Ahli Youth to avenge their opening-round loss on October 13th to Saudi Arabia's Ittihad (88-94). Meanwhile, Al-Muharrack suffered their second consecutive defeat following a loss in the first round to Kuwait's Kazma (81-95).
