English club Chelsea has confirmed its participation in a friendly tournament in Australia during July and August. The tournament will feature a match between Chelsea and their London rival Tottenham, the first time the two teams will face each other outside of England. The competition will also include Western Sydney Wanderers and Sydney FC. Chelsea will participate without its star players who are taking part in the 2026 World Cup, as the tournament will be held 13 days after the World Cup final. It is worth noting that Argentine Chelsea star Alejandro Garnacho has stated that he does not regret his transfer from Manchester United for 40 million pounds this summer.
