His Highness Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, President of the National Olympic Committee, wrote in a post on the X platform: "I chaired the meeting of the National Olympic Committee's Board of Directors at the end of a year full of achievements, crowned by a total of 80 medals, achieved during the best participations of UAE youth in the Gulf Beach Games, the 3rd Asian Youth Games, and the Islamic Solidarity Games". His Highness added: "During the meeting, we approved the technical and administrative report for 2025, the Olympic activity plan for 2026, in addition to approving the new committee logo according to the approved visual identity, as well as we approved a number of reports and projects aimed at advancing the national Olympic movement towards new levels of excellence".
