Al-Esaimi described the encyclopedia as a documentary reference for para-athletics, issued by the Dubai Club for People of Determination. It aims to preserve sports history. The club presented 35 copies of the encyclopedia to the heads of the Asian Youth Paralympic Games delegations. The Dubai Club for People of Determination launched the 'Comprehensive Sports Encyclopedia for People of Determination' in Para, Special Olympics, and Deaflympics sports. The launch took place on the sidelines of the Asian Youth Paralympic Games 'Dubai 2025' at the club's community events village, in the presence of Majid Al-Esaimi, President of the Asian Paralympic Committee and the club's executive director, and the Advisor Dr. Hashem Yassin Hassan, the author of the encyclopedia, along with a number of people of determination who participated in 'Dubai Games'.
