The Dubai Sports Council and the Ministry of Sports have signed a three-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), renewable for similar periods, aimed at enhancing institutional cooperation and unifying efforts to develop a comprehensive system for discovering, managing, and nurturing sports talent in the Emirate of Dubai. The signing of the memorandum stems from the role of the Ministry of Sports through the UAE Committee for Talent Care and National Sports Development, which focuses on developing national talents and overseeing programs and initiatives to hone and grow them. This initiative complements the work of the Dubai Sports Council in building a comprehensive framework for managing sports talent in the emirate, based on scientific assessment, training pathway development, and database creation.
