According to 'Emirates Today', Masfout Club is close to signing a contract with local coach Issa Bu-Sayem Al Ali after negotiations between the two parties advanced to lead the first team during the current First Division season. This move comes after coach Rashid Amer, with whom the club ended its relationship following a series of negative results, the latest of which was a heavy defeat against Al Arabi with a score of 5-2 in the last round, causing the team to drop to the second-to-last place with 6 points. Issa Bu-Sayem Al Ali is considered one of the experienced local coaches, having previously worked as an assistant coach for Kalba's team in the ADNOC Pro League alongside Uruguayan coach Da Silva. He also obtained the Asian coaching license in 2018. Al Ali began his coaching career at Kalba Club in 2011, where he worked as an assistant for the under-13 team, then as a coach for the under-17 team before joining the first team's technical staff. He is known for his role in developing several talents, most notably player Sultan Adel.
