The list includes Nad Yazbek, Karim Abdul Latif (73 kg), Talal Shafili (under 81 kg), Aram Georgián (under 90 kg), and the female athlete, Bisharat Khroudi (under 52 kg). The UAE Judo Union has approved the participation of four players and one female athlete in the major 'Grand Slam' tournament in Tashkent, hosted by the Uzbekistan Federation from February 27 to March 1. In another development, the Judo Federation, led by Mohamed bin Thalab Al Dhurai, revealed the enhancement of joint cooperation with the Uzbek Federation, which will contribute to the development of the sport.
