Sheikhah Al-Zaabi was also elected to the board as a female representative, while Abdullah Al-Zahmi, Mohammad Al-Suwaidi, and Abdulwahid Mahmoud Ismail were elected to the general board. In an interview with 'Emirates Today', Al-Wahibi expressed pride in the renewed trust, considering it a great responsibility that motivates him to work harder in the upcoming phase. He emphasized the federation's appreciation for the support of the National Olympic Committee and the General Authority of Sport, as well as the media's role in highlighting achievements. The goal is to elevate national teams to higher levels, provide a more professional training environment, and enhance partnerships with clubs and academies to ensure sustainable success. In recent years, the federation's programs have seen significant growth, building a strong base of swimmers across all age groups and preparing national teams that have proven their presence in continental and international championships.
