International opera singer and Argentine fan, Heidy Dabusti, shared her strong connection with the UAE, emphasizing that Dubai has created the most beautiful moments of her life. She noted that Dubai is not just a city, but a place she always returns to with great enthusiasm.
"My first trip to the UAE was in 2018, and from the very first moment, I felt I was in a completely different country, unlike any place I had visited before," Dabusti said. She added that she learned the UAE's national anthem out of great respect for the country, and for her, it was not just a performance but a message of appreciation and love.
Dabusti visits the UAE twice a year and has many friends in Dubai. "Every time I return, I feel at home, and that's a feeling you can't find easily anywhere else," she noted. Despite holding Italian and Argentine citizenship, she considers the UAE one of the best countries in the world, thanks to its ideal environment for living, working, and sports.
She recounted visiting many places in Dubai, including Burj Khalifa more than 10 times, and trying skydiving, which was a stunning experience. She also loves horses since childhood, like her father, and found in Dubai a wonderful environment that cares for this sport she loves so much.
"I have many beautiful moments in Dubai, including celebrating my birthday there, which I will repeat again this year in October," she shared. She also revealed the behind-the-scenes of her performance of the UAE's national anthem, which received a huge response on social media: "I sang the anthem without music at first, in an operatic style. I was keen to perform it with the same feeling and respect, and I believe I succeeded."
In conclusion, she sent a message to the people of the UAE: "You are fortunate to live in a country that enjoys security and stability and cares for the human being in every detail of life. There is a constant feeling of security, and that is what makes anyone want to live here."
