The International Council of the Dubai International Club for Marine Sports has approved the plan for the World Championship for racing cats (XCAT), the Dubai Grand Prix 2024. It is planned that this race will become the final stage of the World Season of races for the following year, which Dubai will host from December 13 to 15. This was announced at the meeting chaired by Ahmed Saeed bin Maktoum.
The council meeting confirmed the location for the race on the shore of Jumeirah, along the coastline of the Dubai Marine. The suitable route will be conducted before the spectators along the beaches of Kite beach and Nessnass beach.
"We are pleased to confirm that Dubai will host the Grand Prix for racing cats in 2024. We aim to create a unique sporting event that attracts the attention of local residents and tourists," emphasized the club's president.
