Soon in the empty Mleikhah in Sharjah, the festival "Merpriyatie of Enlightenment" starts, where talented artists will perform. Among them will be a poetic performance by the famous emirate artist, poet, and director Nadjum al-Ghanam, as well as a musical presentation titled "Mystical Sound" by the artist Fadi Rafai, within which Eastern and contemporary music will intertwine.
Visitors to the festival will have the opportunity to enjoy performances by three traditional music collectives: "Al-Mald", "Al-Veiliya", and "Al-Liuya". On the stage named "The Tree of Life", guests will be able to enjoy a poetic show from "Barqi Blu", accompanied by the troupe "Shadi" on the harp, flute, and Turkish baraban.
Special attention will be given to musician Hasan Hakmun, representing the art of "al-Ganau", whose strength lies in his powerful voice and virtuoso mastery on the musical instrument santour with three strings and a resonating rhythm.
The festival organizers revealed the additional artists who will participate in the event, continuing for three days. The opening of "Merpriyatie of Enlightenment" will come under the slogan "Eternal Delays of Love and Light", inspired by the wisdom of the poet Jalaluddin Rumi.
The third day of the festival will feature a performance by the author, singer, and virtuoso musician on the harp Zafer Yusuf, who won the hearts of the audience with his outstanding talent. Also on the main stage, Nureddin Khorshid and "Shamie Dervishi" will perform, combining traditional melodies and classical notes with circles, performed by the dervishes-sufis.
