The Sharjah Finance Department has completed a project to map its services and the client journey (current and future state). This is a strategic move reflecting the department's commitment to developing its financial and government service ecosystem and enhancing the client experience according to best corporate practices. The project is implemented under the Sharjah Program for Improving the Customer Experience, launched by the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah. The program aims to raise the level of customer satisfaction and achieve a comprehensive service experience focused on client needs and expectations, through a comprehensive framework based on four key pillars.
