The league of the regular season consists of 11 rounds in total. The committee announced changes in the schedule of matches for the sixth to the eleventh rounds. The changes have been prompted by the active participation of the clubs Shardzhi, Dhibba-al-Hisn, Shabab-al-Ahli, and Malihah in international tournaments and foreign competitions.
"KHL" follows the clubs Shardzhi, Dhibba-al-Hisn, and Malihah, which are participating in this year’s edition of the tournament under the aegis of Sheikh Muhammad bin Khalid al-Qasimi, currently taking place on the premises of the Shardzhi club and concluding on February 28. Following this, Shabab-al-Ahli will participate in a friendly tournament in Saudi Arabia from January 26 to January 31, after which Shardzhi will play in preparation for the match for the Emir Cup against Bahrain on March 8. The team Dhibba-al-Hisn will represent the country in the 41st edition of the Persian Gulf Cup, taking place in Oman from February 13 to February 25.
The postponed matches in the league's schedule now have new dates. For example, the match between Shardzhi and Shabab-al-Ahli from the sixth round, originally scheduled for February 4, will now take place on February 15, while the matches Shardzhi - Al-Wasl and Dhibba-al-Hisn - Al-Nasr from the seventh round, which were supposed to take place on February 8, will now happen on February 25 and March 5.
The eighth round, scheduled for February 15, includes the match Dhibba-al-Hisn and Shardzhi on March 15. There has also been a noted rescheduling of the match Al-Wahda and Dhibba-al-Hisn from the ninth round from February 22 to April 5.
In the tenth round, which will take place on February 28, the match Dhibba-al-Hisn and Shabab-al-Ahli has been postponed to March 25, and the match Shabab-al-Ahli and Malihah from the eleventh round from March 8 to March 15.
