The international Taekwondo camp in Sharjah has opened its doors for the eleventh time in the halls of the Sharjah Club.
In the training camp, more than 150 athletes from different countries participate, many of whom are medalists of national and international competitions. The training sessions are conducted by experienced trainers, and the program of activities includes not only taekwondo training but also lectures on physical and psychological training for athletes.
One of the trainers shared his opinion about the international camp: "This camp provides a unique opportunity for athletes to enhance their skills in taekwondo, as well as to socialize and share experiences with colleagues from other countries."
