The new training project called "The Career of a Professional Footballer for Youth of Shardzhi" was launched by the youth program of Shardzhi, belonging to the "Raby Koryen" Foundation for the development of leaders and innovators. The aim of the project is to discover and develop football talents among participants of the program aged from 12 to 16 years and to prepare them for a professional level under the guidance of professional trainers.
The project is centered on a unique training methodology, capable of forming pockets, combining sports skills and the values of positive competition, reflecting the vision of Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammed Al-Qasimi, a member of the Supreme Council and ruler of Shardzhi, and his wife, Sheikha Javahir bint Muhammed Al-Qasimi, chairwoman of the "Raby Koryen" Foundation for the development of leaders and innovators.
