
The Sharjah football team has reached the playoffs of the Asian Champions League after two victories over the guests from Shabab Al-Ahli in the penalty shootout.
Sharjah won in a tense game against their compatriots from Shabab Al-Ahli with a score of 5-4 in the penalty shootout after the match ended 1-1 at the Sharjah stadium. The game concluded with the same result as the first match. Sharjah will now play in the playoffs against the Saudi team Al-Taawun, which also advanced to the playoffs after winning in the penalty shootout against Iranian Tractor. The first match takes place on April 8 in Buraydah, and the return game is on April 15 at the Sharjah stadium. The final is scheduled for May 17.
