A young man started his day as usual. He set off to work in the office, not suspecting that his life would change forever in the coming hours. During the lunch break, he found himself in the right place at the right time to save a man who was becoming a victim of a heart attack.
"I just felt that something was wrong when I saw a man fall to the ground. I didn’t think, I just decided to act. I performed CPR, as I was taught in school," recalls the hero of the incident.
The man he saved remained in critical condition, but thanks to the young man's quick reaction and timely assistance, he remained alive.
"I just did what seemed necessary at that moment. Never thought that my knowledge could save someone's life," he says modestly.
Now the hero of the incident understands that first aid knowledge can be useful to anyone, and calls on everyone to pay attention to its importance.
