Emirates Launches New Freighter Livery

Emirates Engineering has rolled out its first freighter with a new livery, a modernization effort aimed at enhancing its fleet's identity and service capability worldwide.

Emirates Launches New Freighter Livery

Last week, within the framework of Emirates Engineering, a cargo aircraft was presented for the first time in a new unique livery of the airline. Specialists from the company's own aviation department, Emirates Engineering, worked on the updated design for all ten days. This update in livery is part of the strategy to modernize the fleet of aircraft and demonstrates the airline's constant commitment to increasing efficiency and expanding new opportunities for servicing global clients. The new livery design was first showcased in March 2023 and became the third iteration of the legendary colors of Emirates Airline since its founding in 1985. "Emirates SkyCargo freight aircraft are among the most recognizable in the sky, transporting valuable cargo to 38 destinations around the world," noted Nadeem Sultan, Senior Vice President of Cargo Planning and Emirates SkyCargo freighters. All ten Emirates cargo Boeing 777s will progressively be painted in the new livery, while new freighters, ordered in a quantity of 13 units, will already be delivered fully painted. The Emirates SkyCargo freighter A6-EFV was delivered in July 2024 without livery and immediately began serving the growing global demand. The most significant change is the livery flag of the UAE on the tail, which has remained unchanged since the airline's founding. The design now features more dynamic and volumetric thanks to 3D effects, and the golden letters on the aircraft's fuselage in English and Arabic have become larger and bolder.
