The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MoHESR) of the UAE held an interactive seminar for the second group of licensed higher education institutions (HEIs) in the UAE as part of the initiative on the automated recognition of qualifications. The seminar aimed to promote the phased implementation of the initiative, the official launch of which is scheduled for the second quarter of 2025 within the framework of the "Zero Bureaucracy in Government" program.
By utilizing blockchain technology, the initiative enhances effectiveness, reliability, and compliance with international standards, optimizing qualification recognition in line with previous practices. "We invite all higher education institutions to participate and fully utilize the advantages of this initiative for students," emphasized His Excellency Ahmad Ibrahim Al-Saadie, Acting Assistant Undersecretary for Higher Education Operations at MoHESR.
