New Tax Call for Individuals in UAE

The Federal Tax Authority of the UAE has called upon eligible individuals liable for taxation to comply with the new tax regulations. This is part of ongoing efforts to enhance tax compliance and revenue collection in the nation.

New Tax Call for Individuals in UAE

The AONP (Unified Tax Authority) of individual physical persons (individuals) qualified and subject to taxation.

The purpose is to call all individuals who meet the criteria for filing tax returns for the year 2020 and for previous years, adhering to the deadlines for submitting tax returns.

"Individual taxpayers who conduct economic activities are required to submit a tax return so as not to attract enforcement measures," notes the administrative director of AONP.
