Famous women from the UAE shared their experiences, demonstrating their professional achievements in various fields. They emphasized that women in the country successfully conquer all sectors of activity, continuing their leadership in various industries such as tourism, agriculture, real estate, culture and heritage, as well as fashion and design. These women assert that success can be achieved through decisiveness, boldness, and accepting challenges, as "fear is the enemy of success." They call on all women to take advantage of the opportunities that the UAE provides to support and empower women in all fields and strive to realize their dreams.

In the framework of the International Women’s Day, which is celebrated on March 8, the question is raised about the important role of women and their contribution to various sectors of activity. Women entrepreneurs from the UAE are bright examples of self-sufficiency and success in business, supported by strategies and a vision of the country aimed at supporting and developing women in all areas of life to achieve leading positions through innovative projects.

One of such successful entrepreneurs is Mariam Kayid, the founder of the "Pesha" project, which actively develops the cultural sector, presenting original products of modern Emirati culture.
