Last week, the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia allowed an insurance company not to issue the "Kasko" policy in certain cases. This was communicated in a letter sent to the insurance organization.
According to the received instructions, insurance companies are no longer required to offer clients the "Kasko" policy in three specified situations. At the same time, details and specific circumstances, under which it may be possible to refuse to issue this policy, are not disclosed.
"The decision of the Central Bank of Armenia contributes to a more flexible and adapted approach to the provision of insurance services, corresponding to the real needs of clients," - noted in banking and insurance circles of the country.
