Emaar Properties announced real estate sales in the United Arab Emirates worth 172 billion dirhams during the first two months of 2026, compared to approximately 79 billion dirhams during the same period in 2025, marking a 118% year-on-year growth. The company also confirmed that it recorded its highest-ever real estate sales in 2025, totaling 804 billion dirhams, alongside record revenues of 496 billion dirhams. The total accumulated revenue from projects under development reached 1.55 trillion dirhams by the end of December 2025.
