To support professionals, LinkedIn is introducing new features, such as a job search tool that helps users identify roles that align with their skills and qualifications. It is noted that 34% of applicants report that they submit job applications regardless of the job’s requirements.

Nadim Abdelhadi, a career expert at LinkedIn, states: "Submitting applications for a larger number of vacancies is not always effective."

Key results of the survey indicated that 43% of professionals describe the job search process as exhausting, and 44% report that they apply for more vacancies but receive fewer callbacks. Nevertheless, more than half of the respondents are confident that the job market will improve in the current year.

LinkedIn also highlights emerging trends in the job market, featuring the most in-demand roles and providing tools based on artificial intelligence for optimizing resumes and cover letters. LinkedIn career experts recommend adapting by using AI tools for profile optimization and focusing on roles with high compatibility, utilizing job search insights.
