Khaizam Sultan Al-Suveid, the general director of the company "Boruj", stated that negotiations about a possible merger with a Swedish company have already taken place. However, he clarified that this is not a final decision yet. "This is an interesting proposal for us, and we are seriously considering it," he explained.
It is expected that the merger with the Swedish company would significantly increase "Boruj"'s market share, expand the geographical scope of operations, and enhance its capabilities in the technology sector.
Sultan also noted that they want to ensure that any decision will be in the interests of all parties involved, including investors, clients, and employees of their company.
"We are exploring all aspects of a possible merger and hope to reach a final decision in the coming months," added the general director.
