The stocks of real estate companies have been activated in the leading secondary market, particularly in the shares of "Emaar Properties" and "Aldar Properties", which topped the liquidity list with a trading volume of 350 million dirhams.
The shares of "Emaar Properties" increased by 1.8% to 4.48 dirhams, while the shares of "Aldar Properties" fell by 10% to 3.74 dirhams. Analysts noted that the high trading volume is associated with living interest in these companies from investors’ confidence in their long-term sustainability and quality indicators. At the same time, the Dubai Financial Market index rose by 0.4%, reaching a gain of 2748.64 points.
