Today, the Dubai Financial Market announced amendments to Article 21.2 and 22.3 related to Section (2) "Shares - Second Part" of the Listing Rules.
As a result of the amendments, the article 21.2 will be revised, leading to a more accurate understanding of the criteria for the listing of shares. Moreover, the amendment in article 22.3 will provide clearer information about the rules for presenting financial statements of companies. All these steps aim to enhance the transparency of trading operations on the market.
Regarding this decision, the Chairman of the Dubai Financial Market stated that the innovations are aimed at further improving the mechanisms of trading and providing information to market participants.
