According to the company, the hospitality market will see the addition of 445 new rooms monthly by 2025. In 2025, the tourism and hospitality sector in Dubai is expected to welcome three luxury hospitality objects, which will enhance their architectural horizon, including "Jumeirah Marsa Arab" and "Mandarin Oriental", as well as the "Dubai Marina Center".

The total number of available hospitality rooms in Dubai by the end of December last year amounted to 154,016 rooms in 832 establishments compared to 150,291 hospitality rooms in 821 establishments in 2023. The average room rate reached 538 dirhams, slightly exceeding 536 dirhams in 2023.

According to the "STR" data, Dubai's hotels demonstrated higher performance compared to renowned cities such as Paris, New York, and London. The average income from available hospitality rooms amounted to 421 dirhams in 2024, which is 2% higher than in 2023 when it was 415 dirhams.
