Spinneys Holding will hold a general meeting of shareholders on March 17 to discuss the proposal of its board of directors to pay interim dividends totaling 100.8 million dirhams for the second half of 2024. It is proposed to pay 0.028 dirhams per share.
During the shareholder meeting, participants will focus on this matter and will make a decision regarding this financial proposal.
