Borg PLC achieved a net profit of AED 40.4 billion in 2025, compared to a profit of AED 45 billion in 2024, marking an 11% decrease. The company stated that the net profit for the 2025 fiscal year exceeded market expectations, supported by leading sector-adjusted margins of 37% before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization. The company's revenue for 2025 amounted to approximately AED 214.6 billion, compared to AED 220 billion in 2024, a decrease of 3%. The Borg board of directors proposed to distribute cash dividends to shareholders at a rate of 8.1 fils per share, amounting to approximately AED 6.63 billion (or AED 24.3 billion), for the second half of the fiscal year ending December 31.
