Dubai is attracting British entrepreneurs and celebrities. The newcomers benefit from the emirate's extremely modern facilities, ease of business registration and property purchasing, and opportunities for trade. According to a report by the British newspaper The Guardian, the European tourism company Tui, the largest in Europe, said that European bookings for travel to the United States have decreased, while demand for the United Arab Emirates has increased. Sebastian Ebel, CEO of Tui, a German company that receives most of its bookings from European clients, stated that the noticeable decline in demand for travel to the US comes amid a general downturn in long-haul travel and ongoing concerns about policies.
