The Arabian Travel Market (ATM) will take place at the International Trade Center of Dubai from April 28 to May 1 of the current year. It is expected that at this stage of the event, more than 47,000 participants will attend, including 2,600 participants from 161 global sectors. The director of the Arabian Travel Market exhibition in the Middle East, Danielle Curtis, stated: "Asia is becoming the fastest-growing region at the Arabian Travel Market 2025, with a projected increase in participants by 27% this year."
She added that the exhibition provides an excellent platform for interested parties in the field of travel and tourism to interact with influential figures from all over the world, allowing participants to stay updated on the latest trends in the industry, connect with key figures, and establish valuable partnerships. According to the statement, countries such as Japan, Macau, Maldives, Mauritius, South Korea, Thailand, the Philippines, China, Cambodia, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and India play a key role, expecting significant growth in participation from India by 41%. Regional tourism councils, including the tourism organization of Rajasthan, the Government of Goa, the tourism organization of Andhra Pradesh, as well as the tourism associations of Phuket and Hong Kong, and the Government of Jakarta will intensify efforts at the Arabian Travel Market to promote Asia. The statement emphasizes that the participation of representatives from the Middle East at the exhibition reflects the ongoing development of infrastructure in the region and its attractiveness for businesspeople and tourists, where an increase of 17% is observed, indicating a 12% rise in European participation, while the participation of representatives from Africa and America remains stable compared to last year.
