Dubai, UAE, February 8 — Expo City Dubai will host the official celebration of the Chinese New Year on February 8, organized by the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Dubai. The event will feature about 40 performance groups, over 10 mobile platforms, and more than 3000 artists and performers. The program, targeting the Chinese community, residents, and visitors, includes a comprehensive cultural and entertainment agenda. According to the Chinese Consulate General, which held a press conference with Consul General Bu Qian in attendance, the celebration will include a grand parade, cultural and musical shows, exhibitions, interactive experiences, and a market for regional cuisine and Chinese heritage.
